Forgot my password

You can create a new password using the activation screen. You need:

• your registrar ID

• your security code: this was sent to you via regular mail and should be kept at your office.

• a new activation code: send a request to DNS Belgium and a new activation code will be mailed to your official e-mail address.

Please note that you will also need to generate a new phone key after re-activating your account.

Lost my phone

If the administrator user (registrar ID = user ID) loses his phone, he should contact DNS Belgium to reset his phone key. If a user loses his phone, the administrator user can reset the user’s phone key.
