ICANN compliancy[Link]

DNS Belgium is compliant with ICANN requirements for gTLDs. Following decisions have been made where the requirements are optional:

  • The sponsoring registrar may refuse a transfer within 60 days of creation of the domain name or another transfer. DNS Belgium doesn’t enforce this rule on the registry level.

  • DNS Belgium doesn’t offer the following grace periods:

    • pendingCreate

    • pendingRenew

    • pendingUpdate
